Call for Sponsorship

The Organizing Committee of the 21st IEEE ISPDC 2022 conference invites your sponsorship of the conference. As a sponsor of ISPDC 2022, you will enjoy the opportunities to closely interact with the worldwide researchers in academia and industry and the top-notch postgraduate students and practitioners in the field. Your participation will increase your visibility in the community and industry. Your financial support will ensure that the costs of the conference remain accessible for students, and will improve the quality of the conference experience for all attendees worldwide.

We offer three levels of sponsorship. We also welcome any customized sponsorship proposals to best suit your needs. If you have any creative or interactive ideas of activity, we would be interested to talk to you about how we can incorporate them into a personalized package.

Sponsorship packages

Platinum sponsors 6’000 CHF

• Invited industry talk (20 min) on one afternoon of July 11, 12, or 13 where sponsor can present the challenges and opportunities encountered in the Sponsor’s work 
• Sponsor’s name, logo, direct link to the sponsor’s website, and short description (50 words) on the conference website
• Two complimentary conference pass for in-person participation (one for the invited speaker), providing access to all sessions, breaks, and conference materials
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship during conference opening and closing sessions
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship with link to sponsor’s website in the call for papers and call for participation (pre-event) and thank you message (post-event)
• Visual presence on screen before/after plenary sessions

Gold sponsors 4’000 CHF

• Sponsor’s name, logo, direct link to the sponsor’s website, and short description (50 words) on the conference website
